5 days' over; in a nutshell. Monday, 14 July Played floorball during hockey, got reminded of how much fun we used to have last time in P4 with Mr Osman. And P6's Captain's Ball too. :) Maths was cool as usual. Got back quiz, 10/10. Pleased. :) I like Polynomials and Partial Fractions. Mdm Loh told us the story of the pencil during assembly. "Now and then, I have to stop writing and use a sharpener. That makes the pencil suffer a little, but afterwards, he's much shaper. So you, too, must learn to bear certain pains and sorrows, because they will make you a better person." All I can say is, wow. I want to be a pencil, but I can't. :'( Band was, bad + good. Took Year3 Squad (again, for Ching Woon). Shouted wrong commands, especially during fall out. Embarrassing. :( Sectionals were horribly slack. Worked out many things on my own though, accomplished. Being a QM is fun anyway. Going home was :( and :) too. Yeah. Tuesday, 15 July Thank you Mr Teo (History teacher) for sending us the slides. :) Recess was bad. Flame test was quite cool but concentrated hydrochloric acid is out to kill. I don't really like Improper Partial Fractions... Self-study/revision with Xiao Wei, Han Ying and Kimberley was pretty efficient. MEP was quite cool cause got to use Sibelius. :) And listening was as hard as usual but melody writing was quite rubbish. Wednesday, 16 July We've a new classmate: Zi Ruo! Welcome. :) History test was crap, seriously. Totally blanked out for (c). PC lesson; 'Bricks are there for a reason.' Wow. "The Last Lecture." Inspiring. HCL test; did gonghan, quite okay I guess, hopefully. Band practice with Senior High was quite good too. Thought my tone was quite nice aha. I really like the Ferrer Ferran piece. Finlandia's...quite nice too actually haha. Oh we have melody line wow! Left earlier with Dilys cause yeah, piano lesson. Train ride was...happy! :D Chunk chunk; small chunk small chunk. Ha nonsensical. Piano lesson was pretty okay. Had double vision and misread 2 notes, embarrassing. Mrs Tan told me to re-learn how to read notes. :O LOL. Vocals was tiring, seriously. Breathing exercises reminded me of Year1 when we first learn the euphonium. Awfully drained. Thursday, 17 July My nose and throat were really bad. :' ( Maths was free period cause Mr Kwek was on childcare leave so Xiao Wei, Han Ying, Kimberley and I went to the bench outside 4D to homework and it was quite productive. :) I still love band room bench more though... More feelings. D: Macbeth quiz was kind of rubbish; totally screwed up short answers and quotes. Sequencing should be alright though. Ha I'm quite confident I can pass. -_- Teacher's Day auditions after that. Felt kind of agitated though I didn't show it. Emotions emotions... Esplanade Library after that. :D Love that place. Quite productive also, and really had a good time laughing with Dilys. :) And BreadTalk after that yum yum! And her Digestive (Intestine) Biscuits are yummy! Friday, 18 July Today was a terrible day. No tests at all, yet totally bad, gross, disgusting, horrible, whatever. Okay maybe there were tests but probably tests of life. Fail. Nose and throat were awfully bad, so bad I kind of slept a bit during Maths. Sorry for being so noisy in class blowing my nose. Had the need to blow it during brass combine but embarrassing and disturbing. Everything else was bad too. Band was partially lovely cause of Mr Davis but still really lonely and sad. Going home was the worst. Came home and blew everything out from my nose and it was really bad. Han Ying says I'm torturing myself sleeping at unearthly hours. I need to sleep early today, or I'd probably disappear from school for a couple of days from Monday onwards. --- Wow this post is long, but this length used to be in a day in the past...
